No. It’s a thick stainless steel pot. Will need to either use some oil or layer veggies on bottom to avoid being burnt. It has never been an issue in my 5 plus years of use. Because it’s not non-stick this pot can last for long time.

I do not know what the mealthy crisping lid is, so I do not know if it will work on this cooker.

The inner piece is a removable (inner) pot is made of stainless steel and has an open top. The inner pot is not sealed. When the lid is attached, the rubber gasket of the lid creates a seal against the inner pot. The other piece of the bottom has the heating element and this part is not sealed either - so don't put liquids into the heating element area nor let liquid overflow from the inner pot into the heating element part. Birds ... huh ... congrats?

Can you manually increase or decrease cooking time. Or can you only use preset buttons?
