It has a dot suction cup texture at the bottom which provides excellent grip and it rolls up easily. The mat is thick enough to provide comfort during restorative poses or stretching. It's also durable enough to withstand daily use for a long time, according to many reviews. The top layer of the mat has the perfect texture that prevents slipping, making it the best option for mountain climbers and burpees, but it is not completely sweat-proof. Many users have reported that it's perfect for yoga, providing excellent traction while being soft enough to support knees and hands. The downside of this mat is that the top surface is slippery for some people - this doesn't bode well during downward dog. However, for the cost, it is still a good option.
