Yes, you can use the existing hardware and wire harness for easy installation.

How well sealed are they? Are there any noticeable gaps, that can I seal with silicone before installing?

They are extremely sealed. No gaps anywhere. Easy to install if you have the right tools. You do have to adjust the level and make sure one light is not aiming too low or too high. I parked the car in front of my garage at night and made sure the lights were leveled.

Is this price only for one or for the pair?

The price for this is for the pair. You will get the driver side & passenger side headlight assemblies. Please let us know if you need anything else at all.

Are all the bulbs standard round - some of these assemblies require a non-standard/narrow bulb?

Standard bulb that fit factory fit this one. Has been a great headlight replacement. About July the clear coat began to peel off of the driver side. CRUD!

Where are these made?

I think mine were refurbished used pieces. Go to Sams Club they can do better cheaper headlight job

Does this fit on a 2004 honda accord sedan? i ask because i heard coupe/sedan have different fittings
