We do not certify our protein as Vegan. Our hydrolyzed whey protein has about 1% lactose from dairy cows. We also have a Salmon protein called Flow.

Does the product contain aspartame or any artificial sweeteners?

Fructose is the primary sweetener for Recovery and it does contain sucralose.

I ordered this product and it did not come with a 'scoop' cup. Is that a separate purchase? How many oz is a scoop??
