Just this past summer Canada began regulating arsenic in husked (brown) rices at a level of 35ppm, which Floating Leaf meets in all of its products. In fact, in 2016 the EU set a maximum limit of 0.25ppm on arsenic in unpolished (brown) rice for general use. Having been a supplier of wild rice and other rice products into the EU for the retail market for many years, we have met these requirements and continue to monitor as required.
