You have to use a Waterman rollerball refill in a Waterman rollerball pen and a Waterman ballpoint refill in a Waterman ball pen. I am pretty sure that they are not interchangeable. Hope that helps.

These are numbered 902, but I guess 901 is blue and 902 is black? Waterman only makes one size roller ball, so it will fit a Waterman roller ball pen.
