Can the LG V30 or Razer Phone power these headphones properly?

We have no direct experience with the LG V30, but it does have a good DAC. We cannot confirm the power output of the Razer Phone since it is not available yet. However, if these phones do not have enough power, using a decent external amp should power the headphones nicely.

Can I use these headphones with my iPhone?

The LCD-X come with a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter and can be used directly with the iPhone and many other cellphones. However, they may not play extremely loud with the iPhone. Using an external amp, even a portable one, will enhance the sound quality.

Is an o2 odac enough to drive these headphones? Is an amp necessary? Can you recommend any amps?

A portable amp is recommended for these headphones as the o2 is not enough according to our experience. Any decent external amp, including portable ones like the OPPO HA2, SONY PHA2, Matrix-Digi, etc., should work well.

Do these headphones come with a balanced 4pin XLR cable?

As of May 1, 2017, the LCD-X comes with a new premium 1/4" braided stereo cable and a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter. A high-quality 4-pin XLR cable is available as a $149 option.

Does this model include a travel case and what are the other accessories?

Yes, this model includes the travel case. It comes with the headphone cable with a 1/4" stereo phone plug. A 4-pin balanced version can be purchased separately through Audeze.

The Audeze LCD-X headphones are not wireless, but can be used as a wired headphone with an extension cable. The weight of the headphones may make them uncomfortable for some users, but there are options to distribute the weight differently, such as longer yolk rods or a carbon fiber headband. An external amp is recommended for optimal sound quality. The headphones come with a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter and a premium braided stereo cable. Customers have found the Construction of the headphones to be premium, but some have returned them due to not being impressed with the sound or finding them too heavy with not enough bass.
