No, it will not map out coaxial cables through splitters entirely.

This tester has a bnc connector, so can use a bnc to a screw-on coaxial cable “adaptor” to test tv coaxial cable lines?

Yes, it is possible. You need a BNC MALE to 'F' female adapter if the cable has a male 'F' connector on it.

Does it certify the cables tested and store the information to print or turn into pdf?

It does test the cable run and saves it so you can upload it to your PC but it's not 'certified' by any wiring entity. It's just a very nice inexpensive tester with a lot of features.
