I don’t think they have a brand name like that. They will attach to Lego boards but as I said, they cannot ride the Lego horses. They are a generic toy made to work with Lego for play time. Slightly larger than Lego brand figures.

Do the legs bend to 90 degrees

Yes they do. They move just like the Lego Minifigs.
