Optimized Enduro - Radiator Guards for 2016-2022 KTM and Husqvarna and 2021 GasGas Black

The Optimized Enduro Radiator Guards are a durable and stylish option for KTM and Husqvarna models from 2016 to 2022 as well as 2021 GasGas Black. The finish is excellent, and the fitment on a 2022 Husqvarna TE300I is perfect. The guards have an appealing look, and they have a lot more durability to them than the flat milled types. The installation process is quick and easy, taking only around 10 minutes. However, some issues arise with the Optimized Enduro Guards. One user found that they had to grind down a couple of fins due to fender rubbing. Even with a different fender, the same issue occurred. The bigger problem with these guards is the noise and vibration they produce when in contact with the radiator. Under throttle load, the noise is very loud and grating. Accordingly, one user had to remove the right guard twice to dampen the vibration by stuffing foam and felt tape in between the guard and radiator. This is more work than what's initially expected, making for a disappointing experience.
