Yes it does. I just purchased these and I was concerned whether it would fit inside the box compartment. I can confirm that the lid will close perfectly. I don’t believe this would hold anything larger like a 5 amp battery.

Will this replace my one+ p191 li-ion 18v, 3 ah?

This battery can replace your 3ah battery and this battery is 4ah which is longer lasting. The charger is compatible with all Ryobi 18v batteries.

Will these work with the old Ryobi 18v blue drill?

If it is a One+ drill, even if blue for NiCad batteries, it will accept and run with this battery. That is what I am doing, since I have three of those drills, two saws and a work light.
