Unfortunately, the company's customer service seems to be lacking in addressing specific concerns about the product, with several customers reporting difficulties contacting the manufacturer for missing or extra garment rods. However, if one is able to obtain all the necessary parts, this armoire can be functional and aesthetically pleasing in any bedroom.
