I've never had that issue. I do always take my supplements with food, which maybe helps prevent that kind of problem?

How many mg of Magnesium are in each pill (or dose)? I can't find it listed anywhere.

A dose is listed as 3 tablets. There are 800 mg in 3 tablets. Per tablet that works out to about 233.3 mg.

There is no % breakdown of the following 4 mgs on the bottle: mg oxide, mg glycinate, mg taurinate, mg citrate (also aquamin seaweed derived minerals. Adds up to 800 mg of magnesium.

What is the expiration date?

I ordered mine in September 2019. Expiration date is May 2024.
