You kind of not really need a quick adjustment for this due to the bungee.

Is this American made and where is it shipped from?

BE CAREFUL! This is not American made! This is the Chinese knockoff and it should be illegal to have the MLok name on it! I didn’t read carefully enough and it clearly shows the brand is not MLok. Feeling pretty cheated, but it’s my fault.

Are the hooks plastic?

No, they are metal on both items Mlok and sling.
