ZRJM Aluminum ATV Radiator For Yamaha 2001-2005 02 03 2004 Raptor 660R YFM660R

The ZRJM Aluminum ATV Radiator for Yamaha 2001-2005 is a decent product that is well made and water tight, according to one customer review. However, it has several fitment issues such as the mounting tabs for the fan do not line up and the nipple for the overflow hose being too big. The sides are painted with dull silver paint which was peeling even before the product was opened. The radiator cap tabs score and grind when twisted on/off. It requires some modification for successful installation. Another customer found that the radiator was oversized but had to modify the fan brackets. One customer reported that it bolted right on with no hassle.
