How do I use this cleaner?

Just spray the cleaner on the surface, wait as directed, and wipe it clean. Make sure to use it only on hard and non-porous surfaces.

Will this still clean windows?

It cleans really good, especially porcelain and faucets, etc. It's not as good on mirrors and windows like the original Windex. It streaks more and takes longer to clean mirrors and windows. I still of love this cleaner for everything else.

Why are orders marked shipped, then cancelled? my 3 orders in last 60 days marked shipped, then disappear before reaching usps or marked undeliverable

One of my orders was shipped, then delayed, then I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel. I said No. It was delayed again, then Amazon tried to cancel. I refused to cancel and 3 days later the windex arrived. I have ordered 4 times since this pandemic started, for myself and my family and every order eventually arrived. Keep trying! Good luck!

Why is this not available now to those of us paying for prime it's not just big corporations that need supplies to protect against the pandemic?

I got 3 bottles on prime, and got one at Walgreen

Let's try again - I understand that sellers are having trouble getting supply. Why are they marking orders shipped (a lie) when they have no supply?

I don't know. My order informed me right away that they are out of order, but will ship in about one months. They didn't charge me until it was shipped and I did get it in the estimated timeframe. Maybe it's harder to get it now...I got mine in June and I ordered it in May.

Is this windex disinfectant or windex multi surface cleaner?

The container I received states it disinfects if left on a surface for at least 10 minutes.

If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?

No, but some of the chemicals may lost their strength

Can you spray on your floor and then steam mop using this ?

Yes! I have done that several times. Plus, it has a nice fragrance. Not too antiseptic strong. Also... this is excellent to put into a face mister (the kind models use to set their makeup) and mist groceries or handles, really anything. w/o making the surface wet, and is 99.9 effective killing germs. I have been doing that all thru pandemic. It works!

Does it clean mildew in the shower?

Yes I have cleaned my marble walls with it for soap scum and there was mildew on the shower liner yes it’s antibacterial so it kills germ
