It accommodates a crinoline, but users need to bear in mind that the width of the crinoline determines how short the skirt may fall. The skirt is ideal for cowboy-mounted shooting, twirly dress-up for pre-teens, cosplay dance outfits, Halloween costume and Hispanic heritage month. The elastic waistband of the L/XL size is slightly tight if you wear a size 16. The stitching on the hem unravels easily, so it is not suitable for long-term wear.
