Is it compatible with breville all in one air fryer?

I am gonna say no. Way to big to go into any AirFryer I have ever seen.

Is this stone clay or cordereite? It says both in different places on the site.

Gosh, I no longer have the box it came in, guess I too have to go by what the description given. I will say that cordierite is a stone that handles high heat well, so I am okay with it, use it for pizza at least once a week, leave it in my oven all the time, great for warming up pizza and such, not just baking it initially. It also warns about running afoul of those crazy California cancer worries and claims!!! Hope this helps!!

I'm making deep dish pizza in a cast iron pan - is it safe (for the stone) to put the pan on this preheated pizza stone to improve the bottom crust?

I do believe that if you will make deep dish pizza it will probably overflow and the overflow might go on the stone, you might not like cleaning the stone, a lot of people make it in a 12 or 10 inch cast iron pan, with a cookie sheet under the lower rack to catch the overflow, but as they sad it is yours so you make the call, hope it comes out for you, ENJOY
