I am looking for spoons with some depth of bowl to serve salsa and salad dressings from bowls at a wedding reception. Will these work for that?

I think these are regular serving spoons that you use at the table. At least that is what I bought them for. These were given away as a gift. I do know I was pleased with them. They seemed good and sturdy.

How easily do these spoons bend?

Great serving spoons. Would take a lot to bend these sturdy spoons!
