The Mayton 0.75-Inch Heavy Duty Mattress Support Wooden Bunkie Board Slats are a sturdy option for those who want additional mattress support. The close spacing between the slats distributes weight well and customers have reported no bowing even with weights of over 220lbs. It can be used with plain metal bed frames as well as on top of sofa beds. Customers who have very narrow twin bed frames have reported difficulties fitting it properly. It may also not fit some full and queen-sized bed frames without cutting down the width. Some customers were not satisfied with the quality and found the slats to be flimsy and thin.
