The Scotch-Brite EXL PRO Deburring Wheel is an excellent tool for metal deburring, finishing and polishing. This unitized wheel measures 6 inches in diameter, 1 inch in width, and has a 1-inch center hole. It is perfect for deburring aluminum, as well as other metals, including stainless steel, copper, and steel. The wheel is designed for fine deburring and polishing and is not suitable for material removal. It is safer and more effective than a wire brush wheel and works great on a low-speed grinder for deburring knives in a sharpening service. From the reviews, it is clear that this product is well-loved and widely used by mechanics, engineers, and hobbyists. It is an excellent tool for cleaning up parts before and after welding and can provide a finer scratch pattern than a #4 finish. Some customers did experience a little bit of vibration with the wheel, but this seems to be a rare occurrence.
