If you have a black scorpion gear holster I see no problem.

Can I put a safariland qls receiver plate on this?

Yes, the hole pattern will allow you to mount a QLS receiver plate.

Would a Blade-Tech holster fit in this mount?

No it won't. I bought on and had to send it back.

The Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear IPSC, USPSA Pro Competition Belt Attachment is designed for use with Black Scorpion Gear holsters and is compatible with Safariland holsters as well. It allows the attachment of a QLS receiver plate and is adjustable in all angles with good retention. Customers have found it easy to assemble and have experienced no wiggle when drawing their firearm. The build is of top quality materials and Construction. However, one downside is that the mounting plate does not have the necessary holes to attach the aluminum flange, which would prevent sagging of the holster towards the leg. This means the mount is no better than other mounts on the market without the flange. Overall, it is a good product but may need modification to work well for some customers.
