We keep ours at room temp too, and have not had this experience, but maybe we have used it up before it happens. Imo, the syrup is quite sweet and it may just be crystallizing, but for $7/bottle, maybe you should buy a new bottle and not risk it, especially at this festive time of year.

Can you use this for iced tea?

Yes!!! I only use the syrup for iced tea. It’s delicious!

How many servings per bottle?

That is debatable... 1 pump with the pump they sell will take a 12 oz sprite and change its flavor pretty well to peach

My girlfriend really likes strawberry milk, would anyone recommend this over say Quick powder or Hershey's syrup?

Yup! It tastes really great! Most bars use Torani syrup for the flavor of mix drinks. I believe there is a reason they do that!

Yes, it can (and should). In fact, refrigeration would be a bad way to store it because it would thicken the syrup and make it difficult to mix.
