The instruction says 'commercially compostable'.. Can it be thrown into my regular compost bins that the city provides for weekly pick up?

Are these compatible with the Ambiano espresso coffee maker?

The ad suggests that the body of the pods are compostable. The coffee I purchase does beautifully in a Keurig machine and the company which I buy mine from suggests that procedure. You might cross reference a bit more. Sounds like youâ€™ll be fine.
