Question : How does this compare to the more expensive prostex?
Answer : I haven't tried prostex, so I'll answer with the half I do know about. I had used another supplement from a reputable company and was getting up regularly three or four times a night and I experienced urgency during the day, along with fairly often feeling like I needed to go again within minutes of having gone. Things weren't getting any better. I came across the Nature's Life brand a couple years ago and decided it might be worth a try based on the ingredients I saw in it. It took 2 or 3 weeks taking two capsules in the morning and two in the evening for me to notice any difference, but I was dropping my night-time numbers from three or four to two. After the first 2 weeks, I dropped back to just two capsules each morning. My night-time visits dropped even more until I was usually getting up only once and I also noticed less urgency during the day. I could actually put it off a few minutes if I had to. Now, I often sleep through the night or if I do wake up, I don't necessarily have to answer the call and I am just as likely to go back to sleep and wait until morning to go. The only time I seem to have trouble is after I have my morning coffee, I can't trust how long I'll have between trips to the bathroom for the next hour or two - usually 20 or 30 minutes. Or, if I drink a lot of water in the last hour or so before bed and haven't had salty foods that evening, like nuts or chips, I might need to get up once or twice. These have certainly helped me. I'm doing better using this than I had done for several years before that. I have an older friend (mid-70s or so) who bought a bottle from me to try and said this didn't do anything for him, but I think he just gave up too early and maybe didn't take it as religiously as I did. I just don't know what he did or didn't do. It could be that this just wouldn't work for his situation. I'd suggest giving this one a try, first. If you don't notice a positive difference within a few weeks, following the regimen I described above, you won't be out much. Good luck finding the one that works for you. Stay well.
Question : What is the expiry date?
Answer : 03/18. There is a little label attached to the bottle. The latest bottle I purchased has 12/20 and code numbers after it. I am assuming the expiration date is December 2020. Sometimes you have to contact the company and ask customer service because the expiration date is contingent on the lot number.
