While not suitable for hot weather hiking, the funnel hood with adjustable drawstring keeps the hood in place when needed. However, the material is not breathable and is better suited for a windbreaker as well as a raincoat. The sleeve length is suitable for a 6ft tall person and the jacket's Large size provides plenty of room to wear layers underneath. While the jacket is lightweight and packs up small enough to fit into a small bag, the packaging could be improved as many customers reported receiving a wrinkled mess. The durability of the jacket was also a concern for some who found it not very durable for walking across campus in the rain.
