The bottom is not completely flat. There is no rubber on the bottom of the cup. The only rubber is on the lid.

Do you sell any replacement lids for a 16 or 17 oz ceramic coffee cup?

That’s a question for the manufacturer, not a consumer as I am. The mug gets hot and the coffee gets cold all too fast.. waste of space to have it..

I don't know. This mug did not survive the dishwasher. The handle broke but did not seem to be hot.
