How many moves does it take to open the carabiner?

Moves? The way I typically open it is hold it in my right hand, roll the barrel a quarter turn with my thumb, and push it open. It all happens as one smooth motion, so is that one or two moves?

Is this rated for rock climbing?

Yes, the fact that it is rated for 26Kn should tell you. Also, the gate has a safety mechanism to keep it closed.

I want to say Bangladesh, but I couldn't find anything to confirm. Not in the US though.

What is the height, width, and gate opening?

Is it keylock or non-keylock?

This is keylock, but does not use a screw lock. The silver part you see twists about 90 degrees and drops down, allowing you to open the gate. When you clip in and let go of the gate it snaps shut and the twist lock then goes back up and turns 90 degrees locking the gate automatically. These are very reliable and safe biners, without the need for screwing and unscrewing. Hope that helps!

Mad Rock Ultra Tech Twist Lock

The Mad Rock Ultra Tech Twist Lock is an aluminum carabiner rated for rock climbing with a safety mechanism to keep the gate closed. The carabiner has a keylock mechanism that automatically locks in place when released. It's easy to operate single-handedly, making it ideal for tree climbing, personal anchor system, saddles, biking or skiing equipment. Some customers complain that it's a little too big, while others like that it doesn't change color like other carabiners. Nevertheless, the carabiner received an overall positive response from users.
