I have not used the Eastwood one, but this one worked good for me. Used it doing 1/4" brake lines.

4LIFETIMELINES Rimming & Deburring Tool is a 5-inch long tool with ID and OD reamer that can be used on 3/8" tubing and stainless steel brake lines. The ID bits can be replaced but not the OD reamer. Customers have mixed feelings about the product, with some stating that it worked well for them and others experiencing issues after a few uses. However, overall, customers agree that it does a good job of chamfering and cleaning up the tubing for flaring, and it is well made and necessary for cleaning up inside and outside of tubing.
