This is the only pipes V&S makes for early 90's. Their fitment is for specific years/models listed below the product ID.

How does this fit with forward controls? There appears to be no room for it on the front pipe.

I have non-Harley forward controls and they fit. However, you may need an extension on the brake foot peg for more room to rest your foot. There is no interference with brake operation.
